Noemi Hubilla is a seasoned math teacher with over 29 years of teaching experience. A cum laude graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Education, majoring in Mathematics. Noemi further advanced her expertise by earning a master’s degree in Mathematics. Her passion for teaching shines through in every lesson, as she strives to make complex concepts accessible and engaging to her students.
Noemi’s dedication to education is evident in the success of her students, many of whom consistently achieve impressive results in state assessments. As a proud member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM), she stays current with best practices and innovative strategies to support her students’ learning.
Beyond the classroom, Noemi is a devoted wife and mother. Her son recently married a Navajo woman, a milestone that brought great joy to her family. Her husband, also a passionate educator, teaches Geometry at San Carlos High School, where they both contribute to fostering a love for mathematics.
Rooted in her Roman Catholic faith, Noemi is deeply involved in her church community, serving as a lector and religious education teacher. Her commitment to service reflects her belief in making a positive impact both inside and outside the classroom.
