Nicole Duane holds the position of Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist, where she manages and processes the College’s payroll and accounts payable transactions. A proud member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe, she lives in the seven-mile district. Nicole earned her Associate degree from Eastern Arizona College and is dedicated to furthering her education at Northern Arizona University.
With two years of experience at San Carlos Apache College, Nicole has previously served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Quality and Compliance Officer at San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation. She also applied her expertise in the Behavioral Health sector at San Tan Behavioral Health Services and the San Carlos Wellness Center. Although she is relatively new to the finance industry, Nicole has always held a strong passion for mathematics, particularly enjoying statistics as her favorite and most approachable subject. She is well-regarded for her problem-solving skills and her innovative, creative approach to overcoming challenges.
Nicole strongly supports the mission and vision of San Carlos Apache College, emphasizing the importance of Apache wisdom and knowledge to provide the Nṉee with an exceptional higher education experience rooted in Nṉee bi’at’e.
